Dan and Jack were both terrific. Took my car in to get my AC fixed and a general inspection. Jack thoroughly explained to me the possible problems and what they would look for in laymen's terms (I know little about car mechanics), and within 3 hours, he'd completed the inspections and reported the issues to me. He was upfront about the time frame and costs for getting my AC fixed and the costs of the other couple repairs he was looking into. I got the car back with the issue solved sooner than I'd hoped as they got right on top of ordering the necessary parts and had my car ready for me the day after I'd brought it in. This will certainly be my new go-to for all car-related issues. What a gem. I consider myself lucky to have found these folks through yelp. They also are very amiable and provide great-spirited customer service.

Dan is a champion. Honest and doesn't recommend work for us that is unnecessary. We paid extra to towed our car to this place because of their consistent service.

Every time my wife or I have to get our car fixed, these guys do an outstanding job not only with fixing the car, but with educating us on how to get the most longevity out of our repair. Shoutout to Dan!

I brought my car in because of a play in the steering.. I went with Dan for a ride in my car and he understood the problem. After dropping my car off in the morning he was able to determine that two bolts on the rack and pinion steering were loose and caused the play in the steering. My car was fix and ready for pick the same day. Cost was under $50. I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend North Hollywood Auto for your macanical car repairs. Ask for Dan.
